2012 Classes - FAQ

1. Is ordering classes secure?

Yes, when you go to checkout you will be taken to RegOnLine to enter any credit card information which is done over a secure connection. The Oregon Council does not have access to the credit card information that is entered in RegOnLine.
We will be taking Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Will I get a confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation after you make an order. If you do not receive an e-mail, first check any spam folders, and then contact the Education co- Chair Lloyd Fryer lfryer@l-squared.com
It is a good idea to print out the confirmation mail and bring it to the Expo when you attend the class.

2. Are there any shipping costs?

No, there aren't any shipping costs. A confirmation will only be send via e-mail.

3. Are classes limited in size?

Yes, there is a limit to the number of people that can sign-up for classes. Last year, a lot of classes filled up, so order early.

4. Is it possible to order offline?

No, it is not possible to order offline. The inventory of classes is all handled online. You can sign up for classes on the Expo Days if space is available.
